Omega 3 fish oil is a fatty acid with many benefits for the body and brain. Our Omega 3 Solution contains EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid)  in a 18:12 ratio. EPA assists with chronic pain and inflammation while DHA promotes brain health and functioning.

A dietary source and supplement of Omega 3 essential fatty acids with an 18 EPA to 12 DHA ratio.

Composition:
Each softgel capsule contains:
Deep Sea Fish Oil  1000mg
Of which EPA 185mg
Of which DHA  123mg
(with Eicosapetaenoic acid (EPA) = 18% and Docosahexaenoic (DHA) = 12%)

Dosage and directions for use:
Adults: Take 1-3 softgel capsules a day with food and a full glass of water or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
