Quercetin is a wonderful pigment found in some plants, fruit and vegetables in small amounts, and has many health benefits. We can’t make quercetin in our bodies but many fruits, vegetables, and drinks contain this compound, including:

Quercetin 95% 445mg
Sodium Ascorbate (Vitamin C) 100mg
Citrus Bioflavonoids 5mg
Dosage and Directions for use:
Adults: Take 2 capsules a day, after food with a full glass of water
Do not exceed the recommended dosage
Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place at or below 25°C
