Skinny Fibre

Skinny Fibre is a best seller rich in nutrients which aids in constipation and promotes weight loss.  Elephant foot yam contains Glucomannan, a water-soluble and fermentable fibre, and once extracted is a source of beneficial resistant starch.  Glucomannan has innate bulking properties and low energy density.  It absorbs 50 times its weight in water, taking up room in the gut and diminishing hunger pangs.  By increasing the feeling of satiety and decreasing cravings, it may promote weight loss by controlling the appetite hormones grehlin and leptin.  An added benefit is its cholesterol lowering properties.

Dosage: Take 1/4 teaspoon 3 x a day, 30 mins before meals
Directions for use: Take 30 mins before meals.  Place powder directly onto tongue and follow with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended dose
